The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.

1. Tender Purpose:

The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for the Durable Solutions Baseline consultancy.

NRC’s Middle East Regional Office (MERO) is seeking a consultant(s) to lead a process to develop a durable solutions baseline for NRC MERO, which can be used moving forward to assess and evaluate progress and barriers to displaced persons achieving durable solutions, and NRC’s contribution to this through its work, over the remainder of NRC’s current strategic period. Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs ‘’Annex 2 TOR’’.

The complete tender dossier in the English language can be submitted before the deadline: 11th of Aug 2022– 22:00 (Amman, Jordan local time). And the deadline for download the tender decuments is 10th of Aug 2022.

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing to [email protected] at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 2 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
