An exciting opportunity has been created in our Housing Management and Support Service for a Tenancy Support Officer – Victim Care. Our terms and conditions are good and for the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme and 25 days holiday, increasing to 30 days.

Working As Part Of The Tenancy Support Team, The Successful Candidate Will Be Improving Our Customer’s Journey When They Are a Victim Of

  • Anti-Social Behaviour * Crime * Hate related incidents* Domestic abuse

We are looking for someone passionate about victim and witness support who can adapt quickly to change and take on the challenges that come with working in a person centred and trauma informed way. The right candidate will be able to self-manage, prioritise their workload and work under minimum supervision. In addition, the right candidate must be a team player who can meet the needs of the teams’ diverse customer base.
