  • You’re familiar with zoning codes
  • You’re currently pursuing a BS (or MS) in urban planning/design, city planning, geography, public administration, public health, architecture, engineering or a related field of study
  • Skill in graphic representation, mapping and/or diagramming through digital and hand media is a major plus

CORE DUTIES

  • Prepare and finalize maps
  • Contribute to internal master planning charrettes
  • Consolidate documentation and perform presentation development for comprehensive master planning materials
  • Organize, attend and engage in public input meetings to advance master planning and other zoning-related tasks

  • Inspiration – contributing to an uplifting workplace that facilitates growth and success by maintaining a positive, upbeat attitude
  • Collaboration – working with others towards the best solution, placing great emphasis on the collective wisdom of our internal teams
  • Family – celebrating others’ successes, genuinely caring about the happiness and well-being of our team members and recognizing their own families as extensions of the CPL family
  • Fun – not taking oneself too seriously, fully understanding that fun at work is conducive to productivity
