Your role
Would you like to help us enhance our client experience for our large institutional clients in Asset Servicing, now and for the future? Are you client orientated with paying high attention to details?

We’re looking for an Integration Execution Specialist to:

  • support a variety of business areas and deliver a positive client experience
  • manage onboarding of Inst. Clients and their asset managers incl. product setup, coordination of securities migration by liaising with our settlements teams, the external custodians and counterparties
  • screening, sorting, preparing, populating and filing contracts. Full range of preparation work to support client advisors/relationship managers
  • Plan & execute client’s asset transfers; coordinate internal & external stakeholders (e.g. settlements teams, sub-custodians, counterparties, asset managers)

Your team
You’ll be working in the Asset Servicing team in the Migration & Due Diligence project, with focus on integrating former CS clients on UBS platforms.

Asset Servicing provides institutional and other professional clients with an integral multi-manager/multi-broker platform offering a wide range of post-trade, connectivity and other added value services including access to a broad range of markets and digital insights into the entire investment portfolio.

Your expertise

  • able to think creatively, flexibly and logically to solve problems
  • interested in digitalization and have an affinity with technology
  • keen to understand big finance related data
  • ability to prioritize work based on internal and external deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, based on instructions and templates
  • Language skills: English + strongly preferred fluent in German and/or French but not mandatory
