ZKTeco has a Telephone support position available.

 

Main Duties:

• Support Clients – Taking Calls, Emails from clients and give the best solution to the client and document all solutions

• Analysing issues of clients and creating easier solution documents

• Communicate with clients via calls, Skype, TeamViewer…

• Test solutions and write solution documents

 

Job requirements:

• Must be always presentable

• Must be a team player

• Must be hardworking

• Can work under pressure

• Computer literacy is very important

• Bilingual

• Technical background

• Patience and active listening abilities

• Telephone and outlook Ethics

• Problem-solving skills

• Extraordinary Admin skills

Minimum of 2 years telephone support and IT Skills
