Telemarketing Executive (NGO – nonprofit)

Location: Singapore

Duration: Permanent contract

Working hours: 5 days per week, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (though subject to variation from time to time), 40 hours per week.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

● Be the voice of WWF to people interested in environment and wildlife protection.

● Raise funds to support WWF’s conservation activities.

● Share with conviction and enthusiasm about WWF’s conservation work.

● Provide excellent customer service to potential members.

● Create awareness and interest in WWF’s conservation efforts

● Effectively communicate campaign details and influence donors to pledge support for WWF’s campaigns efforts.

● Be well-versed with WWF’s goals and objectives for awareness and education to the prospective donors

● Attend regular training and contribute to discussions for improvement

● Maintain excellent relationships with all contacts ensuring high and positive brand awareness

Core Competencies

● Minimum ‘O’ Level; fresh pass outs are welcome to apply

● Excellent spoken English and fluency in another language highly desirable

● Experience in sales or Telemarketing will be an added advantage

● Self-motivated with a high focus on performance and desire to exceed targets

● Self-confident and passionate about conservation

● Continuous learner who is open to feedback and coaching

● Good conversation skills and ability to connect with and influence people at all levels

● Strong team player

Working Relationships:

● Internal – Work closely on learning from your leaders and improving the technique and tactic to raise funds for WWF Singapore

● External – Spread the knowledge and conservation awareness to the public and engage them to be our regular donors.
