Job Overview:

You will be joining IQT’s team of in-house subject matter experts responsible for aligning emergent technologies against critical mission needs, rigorously validating technical claims, and providing the thought leadership necessary to drive technological change. You will maintain a pulse on the cyber community, tracking emerging trends and how they may impact the commercial landscape.

Responsibilities

We are seeking individuals to help round out our team who have operational or engineering experience with one or more of the follow areas:

  • Intrusion Investigation and Response
  • Threat Intelligence/Fusion Analysis
  • Cryptography, Data Protection and Isolation
  • Forensics, Malware Analysis and Reverse Engineering
  • Identity Management and Authentication
  • Penetration Testing and Exploit Development
  • Network Design and Deployment

We are seeking individuals with an interest in exploring new emerging technologies:

  • Behavioral Anomaly Detection
  • Network Traffic Analysis
  • Embedded Systems (IoT/OT) Security
  • Next-Generation Endpoint Security and Incident Response/Recovery
  • Security Operations Optimization
  • Secure Software Development (DevSecOps)
  • Software Defined Infrastructure Security (Cloud, Containers, SDN)
  • Commercial Deception for Detection and Attribution

Qualifications

  • Completed or in pursuit of a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Familiarity with modern Operating Systems.
  • Basic understanding of secure software development principles, vulnerability classes, and common exploitation techniques and mitigations.
  • Basic understanding of virtualization technologies, the difference between Type I and Type II hypervisors and containers.
  • Basic understanding of networking and networking protocols.
  • Ability to solve complex problems including identifying root cause issues, generating a concise summary of analysis, and presenting recommendations to non-technical audiences.
  • Professional services, consulting, management, operational, and/or mission experience a plus.
