Oviva is rapidly expanding in Switzerland, Germany, France, and the UK, and we have become the largest digital health provider treating diet & lifestyle conditions in Europe. You will work on making our infrastructure ready to cope with our growth.
You will help customers and employees overcome obstacles by handling questions, support tickets and exceptions. We provide support for our services used by customers, third parties and employees. You handle issues brought up internally or externally together with the operations and tech teams located in several locations.

Required:
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership
- Experience in managing tech support backlog
- Strong communication skills (Fluent English required, Fluent German preferred)
- Experience interacting with customers
- General understanding of technology, specifically web applications
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and SQL to query databases and run analyses
- Experience in Stakeholder management and project management
