About the role
Aptean have a unique opportunity to join our European Talent Acquisition team as an internal recruiter. To be a successful recruiter at Aptean means you have the ability to embrace change, to work at speed and naturally always find yourself looking for a better, or new, way to get the job done.
Our recent, rapid growth has seen our presence across Europe increase considerably so we need a talented, native German speaking recruiter to join the team. Working from home, you will partner closely with the business to identify and hire high calibre, technical candidates whilst ensuring you deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
About you
The ideal candidate will be a talented sourcer who is proactive in finding inventive ways to reach out to the strongest, passive candidates. You’ll be a strong relationship builder who is also process and data driven. A passion for recruitment marketing and social sourcing would certainly be an advantage.
