Job RequirementsWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Project Manager with a good mix of technical and business skills to manage the delivery of various projects including but not limited to our cloud platform deployments, data center builds and multitude of other strategic initiatives.You will be working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical and field teams and will be the driving force in ensuring the delivery of our strategic projects.��� You will be tracking and documenting the project progress, monitor the risks, effectiveness, and performance of the project team and proactively facilitate the development of contingency plans and recommended corrective actions as required.��� You will apply technical management and organizational skills that result in a collaborative culture using clear, credible, objective and proactive communications and stakeholder management.��� You are adept at understanding business and technical requirements in building the project charter and the overall project management plan.��� You enjoy collaborating in a very fast-paced multicultural and diverse environment that expands to include various geographic locations.��� You transform ambiguity into clarity.��� You are a road warrior, available to travel 40% of the time and remain on client and data center sites.��� Provide transparency and visibility on the status of projects by implementing processes, tools and standards.��� Drive the standardization of tools and processes for project delivery.��� Action item tracking, issue management and task prioritization.��� Develop and publish project documentation.��� You lead regular team meetings in an efficient way.��� You have a strong project risk management experience.��� You will apply technical management and organizational skills that result in a collaborative culture using clear, credible, objective and proactive communications and stakeholder management.��� You will be tracking and documenting the project progress, monitor the risks, effectiveness, and performance of the project team and proactively facilitate the development of contingency plans and recommended corrective actions as required.��� You are adept at understanding business and technical requirements in building the project charter and the overall project management planWork Experience��� 4-10+ years of proven experience delivering large and complex projects��� Demonstrated experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously��� Solid understanding of data center builds, cloud computing platform development/deployment, large scale distributed systems and software development lifecycle best practices��� Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE2 certification and solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools��� Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.��� Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project Professional.��� Strong understanding of cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence and big data technological landscape and concepts.��� Experience managing deployment projects that involve Big Data and/or cloud-based solutions.��� Quick learner and a self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
