Currently, we are looking for a

Technical Program Manager SOC

Your Mission:

As a Technical Project Manager, you help driving our mission to protect customers at the highest of standards. You enable the team to continuously scale and improve our services by coordinating a variety of processes and projects while working directly with the global SOC leadership team and liaise with stakeholders across the company to deliver key outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate technical design and architecture discussions in cross-functional teams
  • Ensure proper requirements gathering and documentation of projects
  • Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
  • Take an “outside objective” view on processes within SOC services and drive their continuous improvement
  • Deliver key projects in time and in budget

Your Q ualifications:

  • University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical program management
  • Advanced knowledge of project management principles and respective certification
  • Absolute attention to detail as well as ability to abstract complexity according to audience
  • Expert in clear documentation and effective communication
  • Strong people skills & ability to lead informally
  • Experience in software product engineering, deployment, and operations
  • Strong interest in cyber security
  • Understanding large scale system design challenges, ideally in an MSSP setting, is a plus

This position is available fully remote, as well as out of either of our headquarters. The Open Systems SOC team collaborates globally, across nine time zones, with headquarters in Zurich Switzerland, and Redwood City California.
