Description Du Poste

The Technical & Nuclear Supervision (TNS) Support Engineer is responsible for supporting Technical & Nuclear Supervision Team mainly by:

• Updating and monitoring of the inspection databases
• Checking the quality of the output of inspections activities (Reports, Defaults and Deviations)
• Supporting the TNS coordinator in the management of the Experts Pool

Responsibilities

• Ensure the update of the Inspection Databases
• Record, monitoring, analysis and reporting about the inspection activities and their related outputs (e.g. Reports, findings, non-conformities)
• Inspection databases update and administration, support for production of statistical indicators, warning on the trends
• Provide support to the follow-up in AKKUYU UIS System
• Ensure proper coordination of the Experts Pool

Duties

• Produce and update the Work Inspection Log (WIL), based on the requests for inspection received, the inspections performed, and the feedbacks given by the Inspection Team.
• Produce and update the Default and Deviation Log (DDL), based on the information given by the Inspection Team.
• Produce and update the Non-Conformity Notification Log (NCL), based on the NCNs issued by the Inspection Team.
• Provide support in follow up the NCNs issued in the Integrated Management System used by the Client (AKKUYU UIS System)
• Provide support in performing statistical analysis on inspection data (e.g. WIL, DDL, NCL) to produce indicators and graphic trends for project reporting and decision making
• Can perform all TNS activities related to documentation production, classification and storage (organizing in folders, archiving, printing, duplicating, and retrieving)
• Support Experts Pool Management (planning of visit, agenda for visit and internal and external coordination, presentation, LOG of visits, administrative follow-up with support of Project Support Team)
• Support the production of material linked to Experts Pool Management (presentation, planning of visits, administrative follow-up with support of Project Support Team)
• On request of the United Coordination Coordinator can support the United Coordination team in its activities

Profil

Interfaces

• Belong to the AEOS NCIO Technical and Nuclear Supervision Team (TNS)
• Report on a day to day basis to the Referential Management Engineer and follow his/her instructions
• Report to Technical & Nuclear Support Team Coordinator and follow his/her instructions
• On Technical & Nuclear Support Team Coordinator request, can Interface with any members of TNS to bring support in their activities
• Interface with Inspection Team to give direct feedback of output of inspection in order to clarify situation or correct issues
• Interface with Project Support Team for the management of Experts Pool
• Respect the instructions given by the QHSE Team regarding Quality Assurance and HSE requirements

Knowledge

• Technical knowledge that allows to quickly understand technical reports and to have efficient exchanges with Inspection Engineers
• Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint)
• Professional English and professional Turkish
• Fluent in Russian – read, spoken and written (will be a plus)

Education

• Undergraduate diploma, preferably in Engineering

Experience

• Experience in data management and analysis
• Experience in construction and/or industrial projects (>10 years will be a plus)
• Experience in technical inspection (will be a plus)
