Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant to join our team in China. The Technical Consultant will work closely with our clients to understand their unique data challenges and provide expert technical guidance to implement data solutions that meet their specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement**:
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and data requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scopes and deliverables.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project progress.
• Technical Expertise**:
• Provide technical consultation on data architecture, data integration, and data management best practices.
• Assist clients in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Project Management**:
• Lead and manage data projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are executed within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing**:
• Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they can effectively utilize our data solutions.
• Share industry insights and best practices with clients to help them make informed decisions.
• Documentation**:
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for projects, including design specifications, implementation guides, and user manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and client interactions.
• Collaboration**:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and analysts, to deliver integrated data solutions.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing and contribute to the company’s technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or a similar role in the data industry.
• Strong knowledge of data technologies, databases, and data integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
• Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project implementations.
