L’équipe marketplace est à la recherche d’un stagiaire “Seller Success Manager”, talentueux et orienté client pour soutenir l’équipe d’onboarding marchands. Ce stage offre une opportunité unique d’apprendre et d’acquérir une vision globale de nos activités de marché avec une perspective à la fois locale et mondiale en reportant à un membre expérimenté de l’équipe.

Le stage sera localisé dans nos bureaux à Lille ou à Paris.

🎯 VOTRE MISSION

Le stagiaire participera à l’amélioration de l’expérience des clients et marchands, et in fine au succès de la marketplace.

Vos responsabilités sont les suivantes :

– Collaborer avec les équipes marketplaces des différentes BUs (Italie, France, Espagne) et nos partenaires spécialisés dans l’IT sur l’intégration des marchands.

– Acquérir une compréhension des variables internes et externes qui ont un impact sur le marché (relations avec les vendeurs, analyse des rapports KPI) pour participer à l’ identification et la mise en œuvre de meilleures pratiques.

– Participer avec l’équipe à la formation des vendeurs, la rédaction des outils de formation, les paramètres techniques d’intégration des vendeurs et les tests associés.

– Travailler en collaboration avec les managers pour obtenir des informations commerciales, générer une excellente expérience vendeur et client.

– Participer aux réunions et workshops avec des équipes inter fonctionnelles dans toute l’entreprise pour l’amélioration des relations entre les projets et les vendeurs.

🥇 VOTRE PROFIL

• Vous avez une première expérience (stage, alternance, projet) dans le support technique, analyse de données.
• Master en cours, en Economie, Sciences de l’informatique, Ingénierie ou tout autre domaine d’une grande école.
• Vous êtes curieux, vous voulez apprendre et savez vous montrer proactif.
• Vous êtes axé sur la performance et les résultats : l’impact de vos actions et votre travail est une source de motivation pour vous.
• Votre bon relationnel est un atout, doté d’un sens de l’écoute, vous communiquez facilement, échangez avec divers interlocuteurs et traitez des problématiques business et digitales.
• Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement international et vous pouvez communiquer facilement en anglais et en français. La connaissance d’une troisième langue européenne est un plus.

In this context, Adeo is looking for a Marketplace Seller Success manager intern to support its growth.

The position will be based in our offices in Lille or Paris.

🎯 MISSION

The intern will participate in the long-term improvement of the Customer and Seller experience, as well as the success of the marketplace.

You will have the following responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the marketplace teams of the different BUs and our technology partners on the IT integration of sellers.
• Gain an understanding of internal and external variables that impact the marketplace (seller relationships, KPI reporting analysis) to identify and implement best practices.
• Work with the team on seller training, writing training tools, and seller onboarding technical parameters and the associated tests.
• Work in collaboration with managers to obtain business insights, generate an excellent seller and customer experience.
• Engage alongside your team with cross-functional teams across the company for project and vendor relationship improvement.

💻 YOUR PROFILE

• You have a first experience (internship, apprenticeship, project) in technical support, data analysis.
• Master Degree in progress in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• You are driven by performance and results: the impact of your actions and your work is a driving force for you.
• You are curious, you want to learn and know how to be proactive.
• Your good relationship is an asset, endowed with a sense of listening, you communicate easily, exchange with various interlocutors and deal with business and digital issues.
• You are comfortable in an international environment and you can communicate easily in English and French. Knowledge of a third european language is a plus.
