An exciting opportunity to work as part of Purplebricks Lettings business as it goes through an exciting period of growth. Managing, coaching, supporting and developing Property Managers to ensure excellent customer service and helping to maximise performance. Whilst also supporting the Head of Lettings Operations to deliver ongoing projects that ensure 100% compliance, growth and an amazing customer experience.

Responsibilities of a Team Leader:

  • To meet individual and team KPI’s
  • To meet requirements of the allocated tier
  • Providing support and guidance to team of Property Managers
  • Conducting morning meetings
  • Providing support and guidance with the implementation of new legislation
  • Help investigate customer complaints and propose/undertake appropriate responses
  • Identify training needs of team and help to coordinate and deliver where possible
  • Support the Property Management department through guidance and mentoring to achieve strategic objectives
  • Ensuring that property management best practice is shared
  • Monitoring team’s overdue workflows, having relevant conversations
  • Identify flight risks in team
  • Identify possible opportunities to enhance level of service provided to both internal and external customers
  • Working on group projects or initiatives along with the Head of Lettings Operations ensure successful implementation
  • Responsibility to enforce strategic objectives
  • Conduct Interviews
  • Ensuring adequate cover in the team when it comes to holidays and days off
  • Monitor workload of Property Managers, being aware of any issues that may affect staff morale
  • Conduct 121’s with direct reports
  • Support the implementation of tiers including implementing CSAT and Call levelling
  • Conduct CSAT Assessments
  • Manage performance accordingly and implement formal Performance Improvement Plans when necessary
  • Support line manager with adhoc projects when required

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Have experience within a Team Leader role within the property or service sector
  • Be a strong communicator and leader
  • Have a full understanding of Property Management
  • Have experience within Property Management
  • Experience within a fast paced and innovative company (desired)
  • Have great interpersonal, relationship building and networking skills
