Team Lead Business Finance (BFO) Analytics

The Team Proposition Capabilities reports to the Finance Director Propositions. The team will support the BFO Finance Proposition teams (Core Fashion, Emerging Propositions, Lounge) in building and maintaining reporting data products, enabling data-driven business steering, and applying analytical models to create business insights. The team creates impact by bridging the databases and systems capabilities with finance and business requirements. The team will partner with a broad range of stakeholders across technical enablement teams, business analytics community and proposition teams.

The Lead Analytics Proposition Capabilities will oversee and guide a small team of analysts in delivering a roadmap of projects to build and maintain reporting data products required by Proposition Finance Teams. The team lead will foster the technical and analytical skill development within the team and as well as the upskilling of Propositions Finance Teams.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Passionate about leveraging data to drive business success and thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment
• Experience in leading a team of analyst and/or complex analytics project teams
• proficient in SQL and knowledge of programming language such as Python/R for data analysis
• Initial experience in machine learning through a project or role
• Experience with tools and platforms commonly used in data analytics and visualisation (e.g., MSTR, Tableau,Google DataStudio,..).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align analytics initiatives with overall business objectives.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
