Here’s where you come in:

As the Team Lead – Accounting, you will work with the VisionFund International (VFI) Finance and Accounting Manager and the Finance Operations and Transformation Director to process financial transactions of the Global Centre. This includes:

• Day-to-day supervision of the VFI Accounting team based in Manila
• Supervise and prepare production of VisionFund’s monthly financial statements and account reconciliations
• Supervise reporting and compliance tasks such as filing of international tax forms
• Supervise VisionFund’s accounts receivable including annual partnership fee collections and other chargebacks
• Support the completion of VisionFund’s internal and external audit.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting
• At least 4 years of experience in finance and accounting role
• Technically well versed in accounting process – Full accounting cycle
• Extensive experience working in a multi-cultural, geographically dispersed work environment
• Extensive experience in preparing and analyzing accounting and financial reports for internal and external clients
• Strong technical/IT training experience
