Salary scale points 8 – 11

£17,190 – £18,141 per annum

Team Administrator – Student Services

The Student Service is looking to recruit a motivated and pro-active Team Administrator to support an effective and efficient administration function for the Additional Learning Support Service and the Pastoral Support Teams.

The role involves working as part of a team to manager electronic filing systems, take responsibility for co-ordinating the central email inbox, cover reception when required and minute take for meetings.

The successful candidate will have experience of providing customer service and administration support in a busy office environment, working under pressure and to deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and ‘right first time’ attitude.

Knowledge of additional learning support/Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities would be advantageous but not essential.
