If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.We are an entrepreneurial Accountancy and Taxation Practice, looking to appoint a Tax Assistant and Office Administrator to join our team on a part time basis. Key Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of a Tax Assistant and Office Administrator include, but are not limited to:Managing the personal tax client database to ensure that all tax deadlines are metAssisting the Tax Manager in dealing with HMRC tax queries and liaising with HMRC where appropriateAssisting the Tax Manager in dealing with clients tax-related requestsAssisting the Tax Manager in dealing with internal tax-related requestsManage small portfolio of self-assessment tax return clientsPreparation and submission of Self-Assessment Tax Returns for a small portfolio of self-assessment tax return clientsClient administration supportClient invoicingDatabase administrationOpening, and distributing, postCall handlingProcess any stationery, and office supplies, orderingContacting clients to chase any outstanding debts, escalating cases to the Practice Manager where appropriateReview own work and take ownership for quality of own workExcellent client relationship skills, both verbal and writtenSupport colleagues by assisting as required within your capabilities and skillsetProvide ad-hoc support to other teams as requiredThe CompanyFruition are an entrepreneurial Accountancy and Taxation Practice whose passion is to see their clients become successful both personally and in their chosen industries.
