Our client a leader in security services is looking to hire a Scheduler to join their team on a permanent basis! The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring all employee coverage is filled and satisfied with proper selection of personnel and criteria established by the company.
Scheduler Responsibilities
Filling all open shifts with the proper classification of guard
Controlling OT and training costs
Set up all new coverage orders in Vision
Administers coverage change orders
Scheduler Qualifications
Minimum grade 12 education
Good customer service skills
Previous scheduling experience preferred
1 year experience with Vision preferred
Excellent interpersonal, organizing and planning skills
Good knowledge of the Windows operating system
Thorough understanding of the City of Toronto preferred
Must be flexible and able to work overtime upon short notice
Employment Conditions
Employment type: Permanent (full-time)
Shift Hours: Must be fine with afternoons and weekends *days off are Tuesday, Wednesday*
Location: North York
Benefits: Paid vacation, medical & dental benefits, and paid training
Wage: $16-$20 per hour depending on experience
Start date: ASAP
