TalentWorld is recruiting an Data Entry Clerk in Vancouver, British Columbia for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

Responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Daily cash deposit and balancing of deposit slips to the bank statement.
Manual Cash handling and financial transactions.
Match numbers on counters with daily manifests
Enter a variety of data using current technology
Prepare physical cash for data entry
Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
Review and enter data updates in the systems
Review discrepancies in data received
Communicate effectively with the management team
Perform data entry functions as required
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Graduate
Experience in fast food services, customer service, cashier, or equivalent field
Must have excellent attention to detail and quality of work
Strong verbal & written skills are required as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to do repetitive tasks for long periods of time and be on your feet for long periods of time.
Able to stand for long periods of time and lift to 25 lbs. independently.
Able to pass a background check and credit checks
Able to start immediately

Employment Details

Salary: $17.00 per hour
Benefits: 32.5 hours per week, short-term, long-term employment,
Schedule: 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM – Monday to Friday
Other: 3 to 6 months with the possibility of extension, career growth, and Canadian experience.
