Talent Resourcer

If the answer is yes then read on! We are currently recruiting a Talent Resourcer to be based on our site in Darlington, where you will be responsible for the continued recruitment of Drivers for our UK wide locations. You will also be involved in many of our initiatives for driver attraction.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• You will be resourcing Professional Drivers to join our business locations, everything from Van Drivers to Fuel Tanker drivers
• You will be writing adverts, producing Social Media posts and actively searching Drivers to tell them the benefits of working for us
• You will be booking drivers in for assessments at our sites, feeding back to them and offering them jobs
• Periodically you will be part of our outreach program where we run driver open days at our locations around the UK, and attending Job fairs

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Ideally, you will have at least 12 months experience of in resourcing Talent, either for an agency or an Internal Talent team
• You will have experience of recruiting within the Industrial markets, i.e. Warehouse and Drivers although other vertical markets will be considered
• You must have strong IT skills and ideally, will have experience using Successfactors
