We are looking for a Talent Relationship Manager to join our Talent team and be responsible for retaining & growing our portfolio of clients and managing an exceptional team of Talent Sourcers/Consultants to drive performance and revenue. This is a mission-critical role where you will help to build and scale AstroLabs Talent over the next few years!
What you’ll be doing:
Talent Advisory & Customer Relationship Management
- Retain and grow our portfolio of clients by seeking ways to improve the customer experience
- Act as a talent advisor and provide a consultative approach to create scalable recruitment solutions for our partners
- Measure success by real value-added and outcomes
- Work closely with our partners to enhance their employer branding strategy
- Host events such as roundtables, in person events, webinars, podcasts
Team Management
- Manage an exceptional team of Talent Sourcers and Consultants
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of all hiring requirements for clients
- Coach, develop and grow the team to get 1% better every day and become the best versions of themselves
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in a talent acquisition, talent management or people role
- Previous experience building and scaling teams
- Customer- obsessive mindset, great networking and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to own projects from start to finish.
- Meticulous, organized, and highly skilled at prioritization
- Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities and startups
