We are looking for top talent to join us on this journey of exploring new horizons together.What You Will Be DoingThe role will act as the bridge between Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, ensuring that for all new opportunities within the Group we leverage on our existing internal talent pools, and that employee���s career aspirations and readiness to progress are considered for new hiring requisitions and succession planning. Liaise closely with the People Partners to understand future hiring strategies, store closures, and requests for internal transfers. Work with People Team, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to ensure the Group���s internal mobility framework is followed and all internal candidates receive prompt follow up and feedback. Ensure new hire requisitions take account of internal applicants, and check employee career aspirations before being raised externally. Proactively reach out to existing employees whose readiness, skillset and future ambitions align with open opportunities. Work with the Talent Management team to complete and utilize the annual Talent Review outputs to ensure HiPOS are priorities for internal growth opportunities. Support with the launch and education of Succession Planning through SAP Success Factors, ensuring that career aspirations, employee readiness, regional inclusion as well as D&I considerations are at the forefront of decision making. Work with the Head of People JV Management to consider how we can strengthen the flow of talent between Group and our Joint Ventures. Establish, track and report on success metrics to help the Group increase internal mobility and measure success.What We Can Offer YouWith us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
