Responsible and accountable for delivery of the Talent Acquisition Service Line transition from Markets / COS to NBS. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring service quality and timeliness of the project.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Transition of TA – Project Planning, Tracking of Deliverables, Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting
• Build and Maintain Repertoire of process knowledge – COC and Market
• Partner with above market Nestlé Business Service, COC and market to develop and deploy new solutions and technology
• Partner with NBS to explore improvements and drive process efficiency

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Operational experience in TA and Project Management
• Experience as a Project Manager, leading end to end execution, including financial benefits analysis and change management
• Experience working in the recruiting industry – Sourcing tools, prescreening, fitment and offer.
• External talent competitors, competitor employer branding, competitor usage of technology
• Experience of work with senior Stakeholders
• Experience of working in a cross-functional, multi-cultural and networked organization (internal and external providers)
• Ability to fluently communicate in English
