Job Description

  • Strategic Talent Sourcing:
    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to the needs of specific roles and departments.
    • Use a combination of resources such as job boards, recruitment fairs, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates.
  • Candidate Evaluation & Interviewing:
    • Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and offer insights during the selection process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with department heads to forecast future hiring needs.
    • Offer market insights and competitive analysis to shape recruitment strategies.
    • Participate in regular meetings with HR and departmental teams to provide updates on hiring progress.
  • Offer & Onboarding Process:
    • Collaborate with HR to develop competitive offer packages.
    • Oversee the negotiation process to ensure timely closures.
    • Coordinate with HR to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Represent the company at external events and promote the employer brand.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create engaging recruitment content.
    • Continuously refine the candidate experience to ensure [Your Company Name] remains a preferred employer.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • French and German Fluency
  • 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.
