They are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fully remote role so you can be based anywhere in the UK!!
Salary for the role is between £30,000 – £35,000.
This is a fantastic role for someone who loves recruitment and wants to be involved in some brilliant projects as the company continues to grow and be successful.
You will be responsible for the editorial area of the business recruiting for some really exciting roles.
The Role
Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with managing the recruitment for the editorial area of the business
End-to-end recruitment process management
Create well-presented and compelling job adverts using the relevant platforms
Seek out advertising partners to assist and support with attracting talent
Manage your talent pipeline
Be present on social media, ensuring the company’s brand is reputable and active
Build strong working relationships with hiring managers, understanding their requirements
Manage the ATS ensuring all data is well maintained and up to date
Coordinate any interviews
Manage internal referrals across your business area
Ensure the HR Administrator has arranged all relevant paperwork for new starters
Take Part In Project Work YOUR EXPERIENCE
Worked in a talent function managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Worked at pace and have proven ability to prioritise
Experience of sourcing candidates outside of traditional methods
Stakeholder management and relationship building
Ability to use social media platforms to attract candidates
Passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion
