We work with over 24,000 schools internationally and support the delivery of new technologies within the education sector to help improve students’ lives. We do this by bridging the gap between third party applications (apps) and schools with our API platform. The platform allows Wonde to extract data from a school, store it in the cloud and then provide third party applications access. We’re committed to changing students’ lives and want your help to continue driving the ed-tech sector forward.The Job: We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us continue building the future of Wonde. As our second hire within the talent space, you will be an integral and valuable part of Wonde’s growth journey and be part of the talent team and strategy from the early stages! With this being a newly created role we’re able to shape the opportunity around your experience, goals and objectives. What you’ll focus on immediately: Screen and interview suitable candidates via phone, virtual calls and in-person meetings Build positive rapport with candidates to understand their goals and objectives, ensuring alignment and comfortability from both Wonde and the individual(s) Facilitate regular conversations with candidates to ensure they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment processProvide feedback to candidates in all hiring scenarios

Conduct direct sourcing via multiple channels and methods allowing for the introduction of the best talentManage and develop the applicant tracking system Manage and develop recruitment admin, including but not limited to, reference checks, right to work checks, onboarding documentation, offer letters Continued immediate responsibilities or future focus (depending on experience):Support the wider attraction strategy, exploring methods and tools to strengthen employee branding and engagement Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment requirements are met and facilitated appropriately, offering expertise in interviewing approach & techniques, sourcing methods and best process to evaluate candidates Provide market insight and salary benchmarking information to support hiring plans Develop and deliver sourcing and talent pipeline initiatives and strategies Where appropriate and needed, build effective relationships with external recruitment partners Partner with the marketing team to ensure recruitment material is consistent and aligned with Wondes values and tone of voice RequirementsWhat you’ll have:Previous experience in a recruitment focused role, external and or in-housePrevious experience utilising various methods of sourcing and attraction channelsA people-focused mentality with the ability to relate to a diverse range of individualsStrong communication skills with the ability to navigate conversations at all levels The ability to identify the best talent A team player who supports an agile and evolving environmentBenefitsWhat you’ll get: Wonde is much more than just a place to work.
