Talent Acquisition Partners are responsible for owning the Talent Acquisition lifecycle end to end while also creating a best in class candidate experience. Individuals in this role use innovative sourcing strategies and build networks and relationships within the community to attract the very best talent to Kognitiv. This role is a cross-functional partner, influencing and supporting hiring teams on the best fit for the organization to not just support the needs today, but also future growth. Individuals successful in this role will think broadly, and keep pace in a highly fluid, ever-changing & collaborative workplace.

Responsibilities:  

  • Independently own the full life cycle of recruiting across all levels of roles (campus hiring through leadership).
  • Provide a high touch, thorough, exceptional candidate experience for both internal and external candidates.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Kognitiv both internally and externally.
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies that influence and attract the right talent to join at the right time. Identify new ways to build awareness of Kognitiv across markets.
  • Build strong relationships and trust across all hiring teams; deeply understand the business and team needs to influence hiring decisions.
  • Drive process and direction, ensuring that all candidates have a fair and streamlined process.
  • Attend both in person and virtual job fairs and events to engage talent.
  • Manage and create pipelines of passive candidates through use of boolean, online tools, and unique sourcing techniques; nurture relationships to convert to leads at the right time.
  • Manage pipelines through supplier relationships, if required.
  • Lead data driven discussions with stakeholders and ensure the recruitment process is managed in line with key SLA’s.
  • Over time master the Talent Acquisition technology stack
  • Facilitate and lead meetings, key initiatives, and projects that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results. Support team wide projects and/or wider People projects as required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of in house, full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates; experience building long term relationships and pipelines.
  • Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and software collaboration tools; Workday ATS experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to create and foster partnerships with internal leadership.
  • A passion for building teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Commercial acumen and knowledge of market trends and talent sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborative cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional environment and to adapt to frequent change.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year).
