12 month FTC opportunity within AXA UK’s Talent Acquisition Team

AXA’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team’s core ambition and purpose is to attract, find, assess and select diverse and engaged talent for AXA, creating Moments that Matter at every stage of the recruitment journey. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Senior TA & Exec Search Business Partners supporting their work in advising resourcing strategies and consulting on capability and skills shortage planning within AXA Health, AXA Insurance and AXA Support functions.

What you’ll be doing:

This will be a busy and varied role with a broad remit involving:

Stakeholder and Project Management

  • Delivering and supporting solutions to ad-hoc tasks and projects delegated by the Snr TA BP’s
  • Working with contacts across AXA UK , reporting resolutions back to the Snr TA BPs directly, ensuring that consideration is given to internal challenges and external market factors

Data and Insight

  • Involved in the design and delivery of external and internal data conducting market research and providing regular MI to identify key risks and opportunities leading to the generation of ideas and strategies for improvement.
  • Analysis of complex resourcing scenarios to support the development of key strategic insights and the development of the strategic workforce plan.

Executive Hiring

  • Responsible for developing and delivering Talent Acquisition strategies to support the Senior TA BP’s with Executive hiring
  • Manage senior candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process, including psychometric management, delivering a great and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey

Ad hoc / Other

  • Given their involvement with the business, the Snr TA BP’s are regularly asked to develop and progress agreed activities to support goals and objectives; your involvement will be pivotal to their success.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven in-house Talent Acquisition experience at all levels with an emphasis on senior executive research and executive search management
  • Background in capability analysis leading to ideation, delivery and iteration flexing to the needs of the BU’s
  • An analytical and inquisitive mindset with the ability to produce meaningful MI and Insights
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, agile and influential – comfortable engaging with people at all levels
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage and track progress against budgets
  • Ability to build relationships and deal with expectations of multiple hiring mangers
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment and maintain high attention to detail
  • Self-motivated team player but with the ability to work on one’s own initiative, focused on deadlines and works well with ambiguity
  • A real passion for ensuring that the candidate experience is at the heart of all we do
