Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruiter (f/m/d) in Berlin / Hamburg / remote

For our recruiting team we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d). You are welcome to work from one of our locations (Berlin, Hamburg or others) or remotely. You offer applicants and hiring managers a positive experience and work with us on the recruiting of tomorrow! With a lot of passion and creative ideas, you will also optimize our recruiting processes, employer branding measures and our candidate journey in all dimensions.

• You identify and create an exceptional network of potential candidates to support the growth and development of our company.
• You build a strong pipeline of talent by leveraging familiar and creative channels, especially participating in community events and leveraging key recruiting tools.
• You lead an exceptional level of quality in the end-to-end recruiting process, especially working with data and numbers (reporting) relevant to the analysis of key decisions and processes.
• You will work on projects aimed at improving our Candidate Experience, Employer Branding, our Social Media presence and our Referral Program.

Your Skills

• You have gained 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, either internally or preferably with a recruitment agency.
• You can quickly familiarize yourself with different positions and bring fresh, creative ideas for our recruiting processes.
• You already have some sourcing experience.
• You are a people person with great interpersonal communication skills and a good level of empathy.
• You have a can-do attitude and confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
• You have excellent language skills in English and German.
