We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team, ideally based in London, UK. Remote UK will also be considered.

About the opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a critical HR partner to the RI Global Support Office ((GSO) Head office) and key internal and external stakeholders.

You will be part of a small and very busy HR Team; supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers, to deliver an inclusive and high-quality recruitment cycle from job design to onboarding and orientation experience for candidates.

Delivering a strong talent acquisition cycle which will include:

  • Job design and assessment
  • Strategically advertising and attraction to ensure a diverse pool of applicants
  • transparent and sensitive selection processes
  • often working across numerous time zones
  • ensuring enhanced due diligence in pre- hire processes
  • contracting process for US, UK, France, and international staff
  • ensuring recruitment and selection processes are well documented and are audit ready

This role will also support a variety of talent acquisition projects, including but not limited to internships and volunteers, surge and emergency response rosters, diversity, equity and inclusion, orientation and onboarding, succession planning and talent management.

About you

You will bring:

  • A relevant degree as minimum. A globally recognized HR certification is an advantage
  • Rapid recruitment experience within an International NGO would be an advantage
  • Previous international recruitment experience is essential, and experience in recruitment with measurable success in sourcing and end to end recruitment within a fast-paced, matrix organization
  • Ability to support and communicate with global teams in a positive and professional manner
  • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of rewards systems
  • Strong organisational analytical and administrative skills, including a strong ability to focus on detail and quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to meet urgent deadlines
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to communicate in all forms (written, verbal, negotiation, presentation skills, etc.
