- Would be responsible for closing the given requirements per month of entry level hiring through the team size of 3 members from our dedicated CRM and job portals
- On observation of above mentioned requirement of closures ,you will also be apprised to Lead Position as per the internal demand with appraisal with increase in package from 10 % to 15 % post completion of 4 months subject to approval from reporting management based on the out put .
Your Key focus on ..
- Identify and understand the JD of the requirement shared by the clients.
- Generate required lead from Institute`s ,NGO`s and Social Media portal for Sourcing profiles
- Convert Lead base though Mass Mailing ,SMS ,Whatsapp for generated data base
- Coordinate with client as SPOC to execute the closure of requirement within time frame
- Should focus on providing closures as per the set targets fixed by the team internally on monthly basis.
- Handle the CRM as per the operations requirement
