We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Northern Europe team that covers Nordics, Baltics and BeNe. In close collaboration with HR, your primary responsibility is to secure and facilitate recruitments mostly across Belgium.

We are looking for you who have experience or interest in different types of recruitments and candidate sourcing activities. You share our passion for finding the right talent. Your primary role is to identify, engage, acquire qualitative candidates for various roles with a strong focus on diversity. You will support our managers in recruitments and you also drive the employer branding activities. You will be in close collaboration with our business leaders, managers as well as the HR team. You will be based in our office in Uccle.

Your Key Responsibilities Can Include

  • Coordinate recruitment projects
  • Employer branding initiatives and relationships with the selected universities
  • Transformational projects and be an agent for innovation
  • Coordinate the pipeline of both active and passive candidates
  • Help develop vendor structures and partnerships for Belgium
  • Recommending continuous improvement to practices, processes, and policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function

kwalificaties

To be successful in the internship

  • Recruitment and Selection: you would like to develop experience in sourcing and interviewing within the Belgian market. Background in any environment requiring a proactive approach, ability to attract passive candidates is welcomed.
  • Employer Branding. You have ideas and would like to help with social media and understanding of Employer Branding. Experience with University Relations is beneficial.
  • Communicate Effectively: you are fluent in Dutch/French with a good command of English. You can communicate effectively and possess good presentation skills.
  • Other: Excellent time management skills. Planning & organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in an environment with competing demands. You are proficient in the use of MS Office and would like to learn more about Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree level or beyond
