Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern you’ll be responsible for recruiting interns for our hiring managers at Signify. You will be part of a dynamic team of experienced and passionate recruitment professionals and have the chance to develop valuable experience in the field of recruitment!

Signify Talent Acquisition is a Center of Expertise within our HR organization. In the Talent Acquisition Team, Talent Acquisition Consultants, Sourcing Specialists, Recruitment Marketing Specialists and a Support Team work closely together to hire the best people for Signify.

What you’ll do

• You’ll be responsible for the Full lifecycle recruitment for all internships based in the Netherlands.
• You’ll support the hiring managers with starting up the hiring process as well as attract and pre-screen suitable candidates.
• You’ll ensure timely and accurate updates to both the candidates and the hiring managers.
• You’ll guide the hiring manager during the contracting and onboarding phase.
• You’ll help the team on some European/Global projects.
• You’ll be actively participating in our virtual intern network where you’ll be working on business cases, personal development and building your internal network.

Your Qualifications

• You’re currently studying towards a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource Studies, Social Sciences, Psychology, any behavioral science or business administration.
• You’re customer focused and have excellent communication skills in English.
• You’ve ideally already some experience in the filed of HR/Talent Acquisition or at least the ambition to grow in this field.
• You’re capable of working independently in an accountable and accurate manner, you’re reliable, proactive and enthusiastic.
• You’re available for at least 4 days a week (full-time preferred), for a period of 6 months minimum and ready to start immediately.
