Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent aligned with the organization’s mission and values.Develop and maintain ATS system and Careers Website .Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and establish recruitment plans. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, educational institutions, and community organizations to enhance the agency’s recruitment network and staff support. Collaborate with the Development team to elevate and strengthen the agency’s employer brand.
Employee Engagement
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall well-being. Develop and execute programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with department heads to design and implement professional development and training programs. Plan employee wellness and other initiatives
Onboarding And Retention
Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization. Develop and implement retention strategies to enhance employee loyalty and reduce turnover. Monitor and analyze employee turnover data, identifying trends and recommending proactive measures. Develop succession plans and career development pathways for existing employees
