Purpose Driven Position

CarbonCure’s rapidly growing People & Culture team is looking for a motivated self-starter with a passion for recruiting. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be a key collaborator on the People & Culture team by taking on some of the day-to-day tasks needed to keep the team running smoothly, such as supporting with job posting, scheduling interviews, screening resumes and reference checks. All this, while you’re providing superior customer service and delivering a positive client and candidate experience.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 1+ year of experience in a Talent Acquisition/Administrator role.
  • Experience in using an applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience with BambooHR is preferred.
  • A strong grasp and comfort using GSuite (Google Slides, Docs and Sheets)
  • A power user of all social media
  • Results oriented and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to details
  • Proactive, resourceful and a quick learner who thrives on fast-paced challenge
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, to multi-task and prioritize

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinator and participate in the recruitment process
  • Work with hiring managers to understand roles, recruitment process, timelines and recruiting best practices
  • Assist with creating job descriptions and managing postings on CarbonCure’s career websites as well as external job boards;
  • Support with screening and short-listing candidates and ensure all interviews are scheduled accordingly;
  • Provide guidance and advice to management and staff on recruitment and selection issues.
  • Complete effective reference checks
  • Manage all candidate documentation, working in stride with the People & Culture team to ensure consistent and accurate record-keeping;
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment advertising on Social Media platforms
  • Participate and support on Talent Acquisition projects.
