
Remote Worker
Location: Work From Home but must be commutable to one of the following locations
- Portsmouth
- Manchester
- Bristol
- Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Hours: 9 am
- 5:30 pm
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking to get into Recruitment or an office Environment
Role Description: You will be a Talent Acquisition representative to our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) client and provide administrative support for Vermelo. Key Responsibilities:
Quality control of ATS
Responding to all unsuccessful applicants
Keeping a talent pool of NFN applicants
Processing job offers on internal software and ensuring correct documentation is attached
Checking all posted job adverts to ensure consistency across all advertising streams
Background checks on all applicants including RTW, Application forms, and Equal Opportunity forms
Support the RPO team with ALEX recruitment
Run all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
Candidate check-in calls – pass relevant info on to AM
Keeping track of PSL renewal dates advising Account Managers when renewals are due
Dealing with queries from Hiring Managers as they arise
Step up and support the team when required
Key Skills and Knowledge: Essential Skills: Expert Excel knowledge
Excellent organisation skills
High level of both written and oral communication
Ability to change styles dependent upon the audience
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills: Knowledge of similar businesses.
Experience in using in-house recruitment software
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
Flexible attitude
