At Bridges and Allies Real Estate Brokers we are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to Source, Develop and Manage top-notch candidates for our company.RESPONSABILITIESUse all available methods to identify, attract and select appropriate Real Estate Agents.Work closely with Senior Management��to determine Recruitment needs.Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.Sourcing potential candidates through various channels.Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company’s strategic planning.Represent the organization during the entire Recruitment process and ensure coordination of interviews by all concerned.Promote a good conduct culture, review, and manage the process ensuring appropriate best practices.Be an ambassador of Bridges & Allies company, assisting with any events, projects.Create the talent acquisition social media strategy, program planning and implementation which is aligned with Bridges & Allies policy, as well as HR & communications strategy.Maintain an innovative approach with social media and build strong supporting networks to communicate specialized job vacancies into right niches present in online media.��REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar.Relevant experience in Acquisition Specialist, HR business partner & operational HR.knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.Ability to think creatively and self-motivated to work independently.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Recruitment experience ideally with exposure to Executive Search / Contingency Search practices.Highly experienced in Project and Change Management.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Action-oriented and results-driven.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Familiarity with social media would be a huge advantage.Passion for Real Estate Industry.Excellent time Management, organization, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills.5 days a week – Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.Salary: NegotiableSend your CV to: [email protected]���We look forward to reviewing your application!
