Part of our growth strategy is centered around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new Talent Acquisition and Campus Management Intern.

Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join the People team.

What you will do :

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for interns in Lydia;

  • Publish the job descriptions on our different job boards;

  • Interview candidates by phone and make reports;

  • Track recruitment and keep up to date records of activity on candidate tracking system and produce regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment activities;

  • Be the point of contact for all internships matters;

  • Develop relationships with schools/universities;

  • Build a interns community inside Lydia;

  • Organise and participate to Campus events.

You’re in the right place if :

  • You’re looking for a 6 months internship starting June 2022;

  • You have your first experience in recruitment;

  • You are an enthusiastic person with a more pragmatic approach towards work;

  • You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others;

  • You speak English fluently.
