We are seeking a Systems Engineer Intern to support the AOTI ILTE program’s software development efforts. This is a temporary position for the Spring 2023 school semester for 10-20 hours per week. Work will be performed in Killeen, Texas Trideum office.

What You’ll Do: Your day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with other system engineers to develop requirements for existing software tools
• Install and operate software tools under consideration to identify possible enhancements
• Work with software developers and software testers to refine requirements
• Assist in development of presentations and documents, as needed
• Participate in the Scrum and other team meetings

Requirements And Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneNote
• Some experience developing system requirements and use cases
• Understanding of Model Based System Engineering Principles (MBSE)
• Basic understanding of UAF, DODAF, SysML or UML framework
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
