💰£44,900 per annum

🏢 –This role, whilst primarily working from home you will be required to attend offices (Rushden NN10, Peterborough PE3, or Boston PE21) for training, project or meeting purposes, or to meet with and support your stakeholders, team, and customers.

To support us in our on-going maintenance, growth and exploitation of systems, we have an unique opportunity for a skilled Systems Analyst to come and join us. This role is offered on a permanent 36.25hr per week basis.

This is your time to play a key role within our Systems Development Team, working collaboratively with a broad range of IT Professionals Systems Analysts, Architects, Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, IT / Project Managers, Support and Infrastructure Teams) in addition to business stakeholders across the Group (Exec, Directors, Operational Teams),our Suppliers and Partners.

You will be working on multiple projects simultaneously and be involved throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, but your primary focus will be to work collaboratively with Business Analysts to understand and validate business requirements being offered up that will require technical refinement / improvement of existing systems through to full on technical migrations and digital transformations.

You will carry out detailed systems / data analysis and define technical specifications / blueprints (with some support / steer from Technical Architects and / or Developers) for user interfaces, systems / process configuration, data configuration, data migration, system integration, document management, security and data insights (across Dynamics 365, The Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure, SQL Server, Housing Centric Applications and varying Third Party Platforms).

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be an analytical thinker, who can delve into the detail, confident to share ideas and solutions. You will be a highly organised, and an effective communicator, possessing an appetite for learning and self-improvement. Equally they should be able to work autonomously as well as in a team setting

Your CV will highlight your experience in Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform experience. We are open to reviewing applications from individuals interested in becoming, or currently a systems analyst from all industry sectors.
