Know our team

Nutrition International’s Corporate Services (CS) unit is a dedicated team of Finance and Administrative experts with extensive global experience. The unit leads on providing global Accounting, Finance, Budget and Compliance, Contracting and Procurement, Facilities management, and Information Management and Information Technology (IM/IT). Corporate Services teams are found in Nutrition International’s Headquarters in Ottawa, Canada, as well as within our Regional and Country offices throughout Africa and Asia. Nutrition International is currently seeking applications for a Systems Administrator to be based in Ottawa, Canada.

About you

You have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You have at least 4 years of experience working in IM/IT operations. You are someone who has experience leading and managing large and complex IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies. You are well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a diverse office environment.

About the role

In this role you will:

  • Assist in the maintenance of the IM/IT strategic plan by identifying problematic areas, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements for the purpose of improving IM/IT standards, policies, and processes.
  • Develop, implement, improve, and troubleshoot Nutrition International’s Systems and Applications
  • Support efforts to reform, strengthen and modernize Nutrition International’s IT infrastructure, networks, and systems by analyzing existing Information Systems and anticipating upgrades and other needs required to remain relevant in a continuously growing business environment.
