System R&D Lab Technician

What Will You Be Doing

• Characterize materials and chemicals related to lithium-ion batteries
• Assemble lithium-ion cells and test them on battery cyclers
• Manage inventory and maintain lab equipment and a tidy work area in the lab
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work carefully and safely with materials/chemicals and equipment
• Logical thought process and desire to learn; “can-do” attitude
• Able to work in dry room and with glove boxes
• Associate degree or high school diploma

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in electrode/battery fabrication and test
• Majors related to materials engineering and chemical engineering
