Description: System / Business Analyst to work closely with the Development team and users to record the requirements, develop SRS and experienced in Software Change Management.The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of relevant work experience and proven proficiency with System Analysis.Good knowledge of user modeling language (UML).Hands-on experience with software development and documentation, product roadmap, stories, requirements analysis.Solid knowledge of business information systems.Working knowledge of business software applications.Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Java.Understanding of complex system architecture, AWS is a plus.Ability to explain technical details to the development team.Excellent analytical skills.A good problem-solving attitude.Strong communication and writing skills.Manage sprint grooming and retrospective.
