Our Challenge

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the requirements definition, collection, and prioritization of a horizontal transformation program. You should have an inquisitive and logical approach while having the experience to facilitate discussions between key stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilties

Deliver business requirements and user stories for financial service programs
Manage project lifecycle phases of business case, initiation, planning, execution, change management, and closure
Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Evaluate emerging technologies
Deliver flawless execution of technology initiatives
Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expeditiously resolve project issues
Anticipate potential scope issues and proactively address them internally and externally
Participate in regular stakeholder meetings with the x-functional delivery teams to track the progress of all in-flight initiatives
Provide to the program management team reports on project status, identifying mitigating options to keep on track
Function within the framework and boundaries of group policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks
Take decisions as per the approved authorization matrix
Ensure that the data being tracked aligns with the objectives of the strategy
Identify key areas of improvement, and areas of achievement through data analysis and present them to top management inarticulate fashion
Maintain a book of work capturing backlog items and incremental changes to future drops of digital journeys, working with business stakeholders and technology to ascertain priorities and timelines

 

Requirements

You are:

Equipped with at least 5+ years of experience in managing business requirements or user story creation in a technology environment
Experienced in the financial services industry, with domain expertise
Experienced in all project lifecycle phases of the business case, initiation, planning, execution, change management, and closure
A strong communicator with excellent planning skills
Easily able to communicate with internal stakeholders and delivery teams
Web-savvy and possess a working understanding/experience in Agile including strategy, requirements definition, design, usability, content development, application development, and QA
