Job Title: SWM WASH Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to coordinate all the construction, installation and maintenance works under the SWM program, in addition to provide an excellent communication skills and technical knowledge to deal with Implementing partners and donors requirements, the responsibility of this role is ensure quality and comply the design and installation effectively.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES
- Coordinate all the construction works
- Technical designs and budget follow up in coordination with PM
- Reporting
- Any other tasks by the line manager
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
Required Professional Experience
Infrastructure/construction Experience
Minimum 3 year of managerial experience
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the camp/INGOs
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any related fields.
• Strong engineering technical skills
• Knowledge and practical user of engineering software
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Understanding of SWM issues in the country and in the refugee camp
Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
Ability to transmit information correctly with accountability and maintain confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure
Creative with coming up with new ideas & solutions
Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
Azraq Camp 90%
Office 10%
