Export Specialist
Job Description
Creation of deliveries and transporting orders in SAP in compliance with the country specific and futher legal regulations and guidelines
Creation of all shipping documents (e.g. Cites certificates, Express AWB)
Monitoring of the SAP cockpits and investigating the error when it occurs
Notification of freight forwarders
Monitor the deliveries up to the customer (Track & Trace)
Updating of transport statistics
Calculation of freight costs
Trouble shooting in SAP together with IT support
Coordination with the internal and external partners e.g. Warehouses, Brands, Country Organizations, Freight Forwarders
Contact point for inquiries from watch brands/national companies regarding transport solutions
Participation in the execution of operational projects
Checking of forwarder invoices
Profile
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
SAP knowledge is an asset
Good knowledge in Export and customs clearance (EDec)
You remain calm in hectic situations and are able to set priorities correctly, even under time pressure
You are interested in SAP and you like the solution of new problems
You quickly adapt to new situations
You enjoy working in a team and are customer oriented
Professional Requirements
Commercial education (min. E-Profile of Swiss education level) and knowledge in international transportation
Languages
German or French mother tongue with good knowledge of the other language
Good knowledge in English
