Support Worker – Maternity Cover (20 Hours – Plymouth)

Queens Road is our specialised supported living home, located near Mutley Plain, where we support 5 autistic adults to develop skills promoting their health and wellbeing, inclusion in the local community and greater independence. We are looking for support workers with a “can do” approach who can offer active support to facilitate and enable the people we support to progress and move on.

Our outreach team supports people living in their own or family homes. They have a variety of interests and support requirements, including maintaining their homes, social networking and attending activities

If you are passionate about providing an excellent standard of support and have or would like to specialise in making a difference to someone on the autism spectrum, then we would like to hear from you.

A full UK driving licence and access to transport would be preferred.
