Our outreach team supports people living in their own or family homes. They have a variety of interests and support requirements, including maintaining their homes, social networking and attending activities
If you are passionate about providing an excellent standard of support and have or would like to specialise in making a difference to someone on the autism spectrum, then we would like to hear from you.
A full UK driving licence and access to transport would be preferred.
