- Greet and welcome guests into Farm & Fire and seat them with a high level of professionalism
- Ensure that the guests are made comfortable, informed of wait times and special events
- Control seating to ensure service levels are maintained at the highest level
- Provide an excellent first impression of the restaurant
- Provide professional food and beverage service to all customers
- Assist servers with all aspects of service
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Working with a radio, confirming with our kitchen reservations, and moving tables
- Work with management to assign server sections to optimize the guest experience
- Take orders when required
- High school or equivalent education
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
- All employees must maintain a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance and professional appearance

- Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
