  • Greet and welcome guests into Farm & Fire and seat them with a high level of professionalism
  • Ensure that the guests are made comfortable, informed of wait times and special events
  • Control seating to ensure service levels are maintained at the highest level
  • Provide an excellent first impression of the restaurant
  • Provide professional food and beverage service to all customers
  • Assist servers with all aspects of service
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Working with a radio, confirming with our kitchen reservations, and moving tables
  • Work with management to assign server sections to optimize the guest experience
  • Take orders when required
  • High school or equivalent education
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
  • All employees must maintain a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance and professional appearance

  • Independent. You’ll spend your days in and around our historic hotel
  • Remote. Our home is filled with trees, lakes and blue-bird skies; rather than buildings, freeways and smog. Connect with friends around a bonfire instead of through WiFi
  • Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
